It could be the hdyro motor shaft seal or the orings on your brake pistons leaking

Hydro shaft seal is ok. Put new orings in brakes and quit for a while then started in again. I wonder if release pressure is wrong allowing brakes to heat up and ruin oringsIJIJIJIJIJ any ideasIJIJIJ have spent several $$$$$$$$$$$$!!!!! on this so far

Check your regulated pressure. It should be around 305 psi if memory serves. If pressure is low check reel drive back pressure first to make sure it is adequate as this is what provides the pilot oil for the regulating spool to work. Sounds like your regulated pressure may be high. If it gets too high then oil will begin to pass over the relief valve in the park brake cirucit. That should be about 450 psi and is not adjustable.
