4425 will do your 300 but it will take some time. I would look at a 6620, they are a lot easier to find at auctions and have some more capacity. You can still run a 443_444 corn head (a lot cheaper than a 643_644) but can run it faster.

4425 and 4435 are orphans. No dealer around me stocks any parts for them. I'd buy a 4420 instead. look for a 6620 or 7720 at least you will find parts for them plus you will get your 300 acres done quicker.
