My husband wants to try white chili, the kind with chicken. I haven't made it ever so I'll need some tips. Anyone have a tried and true recipe? Is there anything special with the sauce? I tend to stink at making a white sauce.

Anyone use this spice? What do you use it on? I see it in several smoked recipes but I have never used it. How different is it from regular paprika?

I tried my hand at making homemade clam chowder today. It was a major fail! The taste was good but it was so clumpy and not really the right color. We ate it, pray we don't get sick. Any idea why it would be clumpy and not creamy?
