I like how they made sure to include the word "active" when saying how she comes from a farming family. That type of clarification is important here. And her appointment makes a lot more sense than appointing someone who donated a lot of money to a campaign
I have to wonder how the USDA chopped up the 600 million. How do they determine who gets how much? I know that job growth plays a big part, so were they using unemployment numbers as a baseline of sorts?
Success in any endeavor hinges greatly on whether you enjoy what you do for a living. So do you enjoy what you're doing as a farmer? Or what you do in an agricultural "field"?
You can also do a soil test. You can buy them cheap at a tractor supply store or Home Depot. They check the various levels of naturally occurring chemicals in the soil. Something there might be off-balance.
I had a Polaris years ago and it did what I paid it to do. Mechanically it is as sound as they come and easy enough to work on myself.

If it's just sitting around, why not? I don't know if it burns as slow as Ash, but if it does use for overnight.

Worst case scenario..........Explosion. Best case scenario.......blown gaskets. There is ether in that fluid and that is highly combustible. If you need starting fluid to get it going and it has glow plugs, the the plugs aren't working properly. Either replace them if you can or disable them...
