How Many Pounds In A Bale Of Cotton

The U.S. standard is 480 pounds. There are variances but they're minimal. 10 pounds or so, typically. Aside from a bale being slightly oblong instead of a true round, I don't know why variances occur. Sorry.

    Updating Your Computer System

I'm doing maintenance on my laptop today so I have another related question. How often do you update your physical computer? 2 years? 5 years? I tend to upgrade when nothing I do, aside for a hard boot, can speed it back up again. Am I being frugal or foolish?

My top method for keeping water unfrozen

Wherever your water is, try to keep it moving. Like a drip system with hot water. Water that is moving tends not to freeze as quickly as still water. Think of the pipes in your house. I keep every piece of paper concerning my operation with numbers on it. I keep them in order of dates, hand over to my tax person and wish her luck. ? I'll ask her about the 179 though as I never heard of it before.

    Astrology

Does anyone here go this deep into their planning of just when to plant? There are times, pretty much, that are set in stone in terms of when the seasons change, but some people still keep track of what the stars are doing and where they are aligning in order to put a finer point on when to...
