Oh yes, we have had some ornery cows. They do get a bit fidgety in the winter months when they are stuck in the barns for longer periods of time. I do too!!

@RanchHouse Sure sounds like that place was windy enough. I would love to know how they calculate that too. They must have some scientist who comes out to the area and measures. I know grant writing is a tedious job but in the end worth it, if you get the grant.

Anyone in the business here of selling flowers? We decided that we are going to try our hand at it this year. We are going to grow mums, tulips, hyacinths and lilies. Those seem to be the big sellers in our area.

Is the Easter bunny ready at your house? I've assembled all the baskets and the bunny is ready. The kids put out carrots already in hopes they will bring the bunny. I haven't decided where we will hide the baskets yet.

We have bought the baby chicks from the local store too. The kids still like to go to see them every year. It's too cute, you hear their little peeps.

Birds definitely sleep! I never really thought about it either though. You just see them flying around and then they don't at night. Bats, are they birds? They sleep during the day.

This is a valid point but I don't know how you would know for sure. You could ask, but people aren't always honest when they are trying to sell something. I wouldn't want commercial equipment either. To me it would have more man hours.

I often wondered if fermented apples made you drunk (like wine). I'm new to this too. I wouldn't have put pickled cucumbers (pickles) and fermented apples in the same category. I've got a lot to learn on this topic.

Yes, I couldn't agree more. I know some people who were afraid of getting the virus through food. They wouldn't order out or anything. This is good news. Let's hope the news we keep getting about the virus is good.

I've seen it too. It's crazy how good these guys are. I've never seen any women contenders. There is a league and it's becoming pretty popular. I don't know which league though.
