    There should be best practices used, but there can’t be guarantees of success for obvious reasons. Best Practices; Clean both mating surfaces very well. Do not deform either. Use a high quality sealant on a high quality gasket. Torque the bolts properly.

    Are you referring to closed up businesses and most buying being done in regional centers or the biggest towns within the general area? If so, yes the small towns have been dying slowly for a few decades now. If you meant population in the small towns, that seems to be about the same for a decades.
