I think my neighbor had the 32nd 760 built. It was the biggest POS he ever owned. Right now it is sitting in a junkyard with the engine gone and other parts missing. I think the first IH Axial Flow is still running.

I know of the first 760. I saw it myself some 15 years ago. I agree with Jeff about the conditions of this machine. It should have been beter cared for. Had it not been for my call to the dealer who sold it to this guy, it would have been wrecked. At least I did buy it some time. I'm sorry to hear about No. 32. I knew the owner of of the 24th 760 made. It was also Oklahoma's oldest 760 and was in excellent running condition until that owner passed away. His grandson was not as attentive to its preservation and like the No. 1, I was unable to just buy it myself. Marvin, if you are reading this, please do whatever you can to create a combine_harvesting museum!
