Combines 1000 cornhead gearbox

I've wondered that very thing for years. Any other gearbox HAS a fill, check, and drain provided. Why are we not allowed to change these boxesIJ Just wait 'till they fail one by one then put new gears, bearings and lube inIJ That ain't fair.

yeah i know what you mean also I went to knappa and got a suction gun..(looks like a grease gun) and sucked the sucker dry and added new lube... i put in a light weight of oil and ran it....drained it then put in the 89 gear lube and filled full
