Do you have the bondoli (triangle) or square shafts. The bondoli will only go together one way and will keep the u-joints in phase. A square shaft will let you put the two halfs together 90 degrees out of phase and the lead_lag of the cardon type u-joint will be fighting each other rather than cancelling. What about the adjustment of the wobble for knife register. If you roll the wobble by hand where does it seem to be binding. What about hold downs could they be too tightIJ Just suggestions off the top of the brain.
