Combines 1010 vs 1020

I cut all of my wheat with a 25' 1020 and it feeds perfectly. My only concern is that I'm wearing out a nore expensive head where it's not needed. But its nice to just have one head also.

plowboy, Do you lock your flex head in the up position when you cut wheat, or do you let it flexIJ K.A.

Thats the only way we've ever cut our oats, with our flex head locked up. As long as the oats are fit to be cut, they feed just fine
