Combines 1020 Feeding Problem

I think these are used on the 40-60 size machines and left off on the 80's.

Depends if you are talking about stripper bar extension or flighting extension on the auger.

Sorry, I don't know much about them. We have always run the 80 size, but I seem to remember others discussing this on here. I'm sure someone will chime in pretty soon.

set your auger all the way forword you may have to add a extra link in chain you will have lift your auger up so itwillnot hit the floor and make sure your flighting is not rounded take a grinder and flaten it out so that its square and sharp it worked grate for us

In some situations they work wonders. My experience is in short beans, they are Almost indispensable in some situations. In Tall, dry, full season beans they can cause exesive shattering at the auger. I would think in a poor feed condition in wheat they would be beneficial. let us know what you find!
