You need the third lift cylinder. Case has a kit available, price is not out of line. You'll have to do some welding, plumb the 3rd cyl into the lift system with a tee fitting. without it you'll be lucky to get the hd. a foot off the ground. We built a 12 row last season using 1000 series row units which are lighter than the 2200 units and we couldn't get the head high enough to put it on the header trailer. With the 3rd cyl., everything worked well. BE SURE you use a safety stand on both cylinders. Read on this talk show a couple yrs ago of a failure where only one was used and the header came down when one of the hyd fittings broke, the one safety device just wasn't enough. With the two, laying side by side, they lift together and aren't that much heavier. We have 16.9x 26 rubber on the back filled with fluid and 800n of cast iron, worked well. Ours was a 03 model, the 04s have the brackets installed and if the 3rd cyl is needed, no welding required, just plumb in the extra cyl. Sorry to go so long.
