if battery's are good then it could be a bad conn. on the positive cable . usually the one that t's on. can also be starter. but i would load test cables and battery's.

it is not electrical,it still turns over very fast, acts almost like fuel has to prime back upIJ

sorry i did not read post accurately. 40 are harder to start than 60 . non turboed. definately need soft plug heater on these units, not a return leak. it would do it all the time.
