You might have a leak from the hyd fluid system into the transmission. Could be a bearing going out in the trans. that seperates the two oils. Jack

only way to get there is the hydro motor. i have saw a bolt come loose on the motor inside the tran. otherwise the seal is still leaking.

The seal on motor was the only thing I could think of. Thanks for the feedback. looks like I might as well remove the motor and try the seal again. It has done the same thing with two different transmissions. Someone suggested the cap on the oil tank might not be ventedIJ
