It is an ugly job. Detin the left rear, support rear of engine and take everything off including bell housing.

WK, larry was right, it's not an easy job. like he said take left rear tin off. Drain fluid out of reservoir, remove hydro lines from pump, remove pump, check splines on hydro shaft and in hub where shaft goes. Next I remove the cover over hub and pulley. Remove hub and pulley then remove bolts on plate around shaft, pull out shaft check end of shaft most often it is worn causing leakage from pto housing. Then remove seperator drive belt, remove rear engine mount bolts, jack up engine and support(along edges of oilpan),remove bolts in bellhousing, including starter bolts, so take cable off of battery, wrap chain around and remove.

Check the two oil presure switches at back rear of motor , mine went to leaking and I thought it was rear seal. Junkman
