It's not too bad if its just the bottom parts. Usually the tube coming from the combine to the elevator gets worn and it's just a flat piece of sheet metal that wraps around the auger. You have to back the auger out to remove the bottom part of the elevator (unbolt the bearings RH_lH, disasssemble the chain and screw the auger out through the oval hole on the left side of the combine). If you have to replace the entire elevator, there are a lot of nuts_bolts to remove and some of them hard to get to at in th grain tank. I'm sure I'm forgeting something, but these are the basics.
