you better make sure that your kidney isn't worn out and your front rotor brng is sitting properly in the kidney. usually 2 washers are more than enough in behind the brng. if your not hitting by much try loosening off your wear bars and pushing them back. very important to make sure that kidney is ok. the brng should go in tight and have no outer race movement. also make sure that the brng is put in the right way so the grease valley lines up with the hole in the brng. good luck
