Combines 1660 lugging ability

While I have never really had the opportunity to mess with this much on 1660s(not many around here),I would think that the torque capsule problem would_could exist on 1660s with Cummins engines as well. They use a different pump(Robert Bosch PES6A series pump on a 1660 vs. a Robert Bosch MW pump on the 80s),but use similar governors.

Thanks for your comments SDman. I have not talked to the pump shop that I normally use, but will ask them about the torque capsule the first of the week. With a 6 row head and 190-210 bu.corn I would think I should be able to maintain a 4-4.5mph harvest speed. Am I being unrealistic as this thing currently does not have the power to maintain these speeds. It pulls down and grain loss(rotor)goes unacceptably high when I push it.
