my 1620 did this a few years ago. had a mechanic come and he replaced the alternator. seems it wasn't putting out enough juice to move the unloading auger. has worked fine since then. hth good luck! Duane
Try switching the coil on the soliniod valve with another that you do not use much. I had same problems with header lift. turned out to be a weak coil.
