I'm not sure what concave set up you have, but I would start with the concave on 2 maybe 1 if it is hard threshing, run the rotor about 900, the fan on 1050 if it is the late style fan or little slower if it is the paddle fan. Set the bottom sieve at about a 1_4 inch and the top one about 3_8 maybe a 1_2 inch. Also if you have the 2 or 3 section top sieve run the back section open to at least a 1_2 or even 3_4 inch to give it a little more capacity.
