As far as the threshing of green beans,different harvest seasons offer different conditions.However,if you were having more difficulties than your neighbors,then you do have a problem. Concaves can be rebuilt.Many welding_machine shops do that. The spec rotor should do a good job of handling tough beans.Take off the half-moon cover at the front of the rotor,and see how worn the impeller blades and wear bars are.They are the first thing to getting the crop moving.They should have a square edge.If it is rounded off much,it will not move the crop mat efficiently.Check the vanes in the transition cone and in the rotor cage to see if they are rounded off,or bent over.If you decide to replace the rotor bars,give the Gorden bars a look.
