Yes, some of the bolts you have to hold from the inside, as we just changed ours before fall. Some of the bolt heads fit in a hex recess and will keep the bolt from turning. We layed a piece of 3_4" plywood on the top sieve and with both sieves wide open, you can get a 1_2" breaker bar and socket on the bolt head. Be careful not to bend any sieve fingers. Before removing any shaker bushings from the arms, measure protrusion of the bushing.

when you put things back together, make sure the machine is in the center of its stroke. this way the bushings only twist a 1_4 each way. we just did ours last year.
