Make sure your concave is almost touching rub bars. In hard thresh spring wheat you need to be as tight as possible. You may need to adjust your convave stops to achieve this. Make sure your rotor is running over 1000 rpm. You may need to tighten rotor drive belt, install a new one, or make sure rotor speed adjustor is closing drive pulley fully. Your problem cleaning is due to poor threshing. From the age of your machine, it might be time to change rub bars and concaves. We find spring wheat the toughest thing to thresh. good luck
