Combines 1805 hydraulics

The hydraulic pumps on the 1805 are belt driven and don't have the capacity you need any way. If you have a PTO I would get one of those big capacity hydraulic pumps that fits right on the shaft. If you don't have a PTO then about the only other choice you have is to use an auxillary engine to run the blower on the air seeder, like some of the first airseeders used. Good luck!

Well I think you would have alot of problems. The pumps as you know are belt drive and are not quite big enough.The way I see it you have three ways to go. The pto pump or make you own system with a gear drive pump off the engine. Or find a 4000 series Massey.The only other thing I could say is it would not cost much to try it on your 1805. good luck

Now that I know a little more about what your up against you might try contacting these people in Brandon Manitoba who sell add on hydraulic systems for older 4x4's so they can run air seeders. Maybe they have a solution to your problem.
