Combines 1987 860IJ

My chart shows 860's made thru 1987. The beginning serial n for 1987 is 20362 so it should be an 87. I am in Iowa, so I can't say what it would be worth in your area. I'd think the fact that it is a belt drive would hurt it alot. let me know how the deal turns out.

I am renting the machine for now, it seems to thrash well but the paddle bearings are shot. I have to change all the bearings on the feeder house, I guess with 2300 hours I should expect it. But what a pain to change, I had to pull all the paddles off the shafts and press the pulleys off. Also have to change the front beater bearing (seal is bad) but I am going to wait untill after harvest for that if possible. Just keep pouring grease in for now. The book says to remove the front wheel for that, is it really necassaryIJ Thanks
