Combines 1990 1660 with heads need advice

I think I would pass on that one. Probably been run hard over rough ground as that is not common damage.

With that kind of damage at that price I'd say forget it.

Did that machine have some kind of oversize grain bin extension on itIJ Broken spindles and axles are ware on 1660s. like all the others said run from it and don't look back.

seperating under the cab is a common problem. Our local machine shop fixes several each year. I had mine fixed 2 years ago. I do not have a bin extension on mine. The axles crack in certain places also. Mine was welded up several years ago and have not had any more problems. Again these are common problems on most machines in my area.
