I don't have one so no firsthand experience but have been reading as I am looking to get one in a couple years. You should be good with a 96-I have been told to avoid the 89-94s. Check the rear crank on the walkers-how loose is itIJ Kind of a pain to replace and not real cheap-and they can go about 3000 hours. like any Deere I would check bars, concave, clean grain pan augers. Also unloading auger (specifically the vertical one) can be a pain to replace if it is worn.
