I was able to see one of the 2001 2388s down in Oklahoma this summer from what I saw yes the feeder reverse is hydrolicly driven, they put lights in the sieve area, you can adjust the sieves from the left side of the machine,the disharge chute on the chopper or beater has a little handle to raise it up or down. Its been a while since I saw it so I am sure I am forgetting a few items. I also noticed that they put the power moniter back in the cab like the 1600 series machines had. The one I got to see was fully loaded, afs,chopper,field tracker, rear wheel assist,rock trap I sure would hate to see the price tag on it....... hope this helps
