Combines 2001 Winter Wheat crop

Wheat that was planted early looks pretty good. Alot of cheat too. We sprayed alot with Maverick, hope it works. There was alot of wheat planted late that is just coming up. I think it will need alot of luck. I'm in South Central Kansas.

Just came back from a tour of western ks through panhandle of OK on down through dallas tx. Wheat is very small and spotted had to much rain if you can imagine that in some spots. First time I've seen it this bad over such a large area. Right now it doesn't look good but we have to kill it twenty times before spring.
