Make sure the clearance of the combine feeder drum (feeder slats) to the tine drum on the draper header is correct through the full travel of both the feeder drum and the header. Center feed conveyor has a relief valve in system and if tine drum and feeder drum touch each other it could stop the center conveyor and the side conveyors would still operate.
