There is an oil pressure switch that supplies voltage to a relay that feeds voltage to the press. fan upon startup. It is located in the vicinity of the hand primer pump on the front side of the engine. Check it and the relay.

Your pressurizer fan only runs when the engine has oil pressure. Could have a faulty oil pressure switch on engine has 3 wires on it, left side, Jump cavity a and c on the harness side to test without engine running. This will ground the Hydraulic enable relay or Engine Oil pressure relay (depends on year of combine the name for the relay) and allows pressurizer to run. Do all the functions on the propulsion handle workIJ If so the switch and relay are ok as they get power from the same place.
