Combines 2166 Field light problem

The only thing I know of that is similar to your problem involves the lighting circuits located in the overhead fuse panel. Pull down the over head panel, and check to see if you have breakers or fuses. If you have breakers, then they are likely the problem. Pull them out and replace them with fuses. It takes those miniature blade fuses. I think you'll need 1-10amp, 2-15 amp, and 3-20 amp to do the changeover. If your machine is equipped with fuses, then likely you have a bad relay.

on my lawnmower the switch was shaking and the lights would start to flash and I replaced the switch and it worked or you should check to see if the fuses are rattling any and pussh them in snug if they are or if you think they are I hope this helps you.
