Combines 2166 Fuel tank

We have added an extra tank on ours. It is a tank off of a 715. It is on the left side up under the tin work. If you cut a hole in the floor about 10 inches to the left of the original filler you can fill this tank from the same area. Out of the bottom run a line with a tap in into the plug in the fuel filter body. When you get your main tank down to 1_4 you open the tap to fill your main tank. You must shut the tap off before filling or it will overflow the main tank. Also you have to close the tap when it is about empty or the motor will suck air... and you will soon know! I hope this makes sense, if not I could take some pictures and e-mail them.

The longRanger Aux fuel tank is what you need, we put one on our 2000, 2366. it adds 36 gals to the capicity of the combine and reasonable to install. the price is about 450 dallors
