I have blown air up through the end of the drain and that seemed to work pretty well to unplug them. Good luck.

I don't know exactly how the 2188's drain works, but I've blown air through the pipes of other cabs and I found that it keeps re-blocking. We use a long piece of thin, flexible wire, bend a hook into the end and push it up the hole to get whatever's stuck in there, out into the fresh air.

If it is like a 1460, drop the pannel over your head in the roof and remove the condisation pan. The pan will have some crud that needs to be cleaned out and at the same time, blow out the drain hoses.

I unplugged one at a customers recently. It's nasty if they are plugged really bad. Try feeding a wire up through, if you get a rush of water consider yourself lucky. Both tubes must be cleared, continue flushing with water from the top(with seat tipped forward) till all dirt is gone. If it's plugged that bad, the pan is probably full of dirt. Check for source of dirt entering the plenum under passenger seat - hole in hose or bad filter (the filter was rotten on the one I did). If you need to remove the hoses to clear them, the fun part is getting them back on to the rubber fittings in the pan. Access is through the cover over the top front of the transition cone.
