One turn on the pump will not hurt any thing, try it and watch the temps, you will wish you turned it up long ago.

Thanks for the info. I have been wanting to turn it up for along time, but have been afraid of going to far and by-passing the waste gate. Now I'm going to do it. By chance do you know what the boost psi was from the factory and what psi the waste gate by-passesIJ Thanks again for you helpful info GS

No the dealer came out and checked ours and it was where it was suppose to be ,do not remember the numbers so he showed me how to turn the pump up. It made a knew machine out of it. So I turned all my machines up, would not ever think of turning it back down. Trying to figure out how to crank up the 8010 but nobody wants to let information out.

We took the pump and injectors to the diesel pump shop while we were replacing the head gasket. I wanted more power to dump on the go. They were going to turn it up 10%(isn't stock 185 h.p.IJ) and install a torque capsule. I will see how this works on the combine engines. From the factory there is no torque capsule in the pump. With one in the pump, it will help the engine recover rpms when they drop off enough. I am guessing it puts more fuel in the engine.
