I'd say re-check your bushings - and don't forget to look at the bearings in the crank arms that drive the sieves, and the bearings on the hex shaft that drives the crank arms - especially the ones on the right hand side behind the elevator where you can't see!

The guy you want to talk to is Gord at Heartland Repair in Ross, ND, NW corner of ND. 701-755-3326. He has designed a shoe repair kit, that will eliminate the broken chaffers, fasteners and rails, which is far superior to the one that CASEIHC supplies, as this one fixes the root of the problem, whereas the CASEIHC one only adds a patch. loewen will likely be manufacturing these shortly also.

make sure you have a look at the sieve rails in behind the bushings to see if they are cracked. the left side is clearly visible, you'll need a mirror to check out the rightside
