Check with your dealer about a Service Bulletin that came out approximately three years ago on the position of the thermocouples (temp senders) in the evaporator core behind the seat. They have specific placements and depths that these need to be installed. I found a few out of place when I worked at a dealership. I believe when these are out of place, the controller is sent confused signals and then evaporator sweats excessively and the water vapor is just blown into the cab when A_C compressor is turned off.
