Hi I have a 2166 with the same setup as you I combine about 200 acers a year with mine I adjust the vanes in the advance position so the crop goes threw faster and slow the straw chopper down and run rotor about 700 and drop the concave to 2.5 to 3 depends on how wide of swath and if I'm getting all the grain off the stalk.I get good staw normally unless in rains on it allot then it gets rotten and chews it up more.Farmers with dairy cows love the straw from a rotor combine.Hpoe this helps.

Thanks for the advice. I run a 15' 1020 flex head and was wondering what you guys do for running thisIJ The combine is equipped with field tracker but the header isn't.Am I correct in saying you run the height control manually and shut the auto height offIJ What about "locking" the cutter bar upIJ
