I am running a 2366 in beans aswell and am very pleased running 4-5.5mph and only .1-.2% clean out. My soyas are 11-15% moisture and ranging from 30 to 60 bushels _ac. I have my rotor @ 750-800 and the concave at 2 fan @ 1150 shoe sieve open 3_4 on an inch with an airfoil chaffer. I also have every other wire out of the concaves. I think you should close your concave to improve the flow of the green straw I would also speed up the rotor to increase separation and get the beans out of the rotor sooner. Hope this helps any further questions feel free to e-mail me.

I also have a 2366 and finished beans a few days ago. Was able to run around 4.5 mph. What kind of rotor do you haveIJ I have a specilty rotor with Gordon bars and cover plates installed. Run my rotor speed between 400 and 500. Never had a load of beans even to 1% dockage for fm and splits combined. Bean yield was between 40 and 70 bpa. I have every other wire out of the concaves and I also installed disrupter lugs and rice bars this year to help with the green stems. Concave setting 3-4, vanes in the slow postion, fan 1050-1150. Don't close your lower sieve to much or you will get a lot of beans going through the tailings return and that is where you can get alot of your splits. I have mine 3_8" open. Hope this will help some. The 2366 can do a very nice job.

I'm no expert on this matter, but we had the same trouble last year in dry beans and I believe that your concave setting is out way too far!!!!!!!!! Close it in to at least 2 and try it there. It took us a while to go from conventional to rotary but these are some of the differences. Try to keep the rotor slightly full too. Speeds sound about right, just try closing in the space between the rotor and concaves. Good luck.
