It will if you put the plates on the header to make the smaller feedhouse fit.

I think it was late 70s early 80s. I have a bat real that came off my 2381 you can have it.You just have to get it from washington state to you. call me 15095256827

I wish you were closer, I farm in SE montana and I think the freight would be more than new bats. Anything to watch for on this headerIJ looks like it has had new auger center put in not to long ago. The hydraulic pump appears to not have been used. Did the hoses go through same spot as the reel lift hydraulic lineIJ How did they have it hooked up if they didn't use pumpIJ looks like a couple of quick disconnects in the same spot as reel lift disconnect. Do they feed better with the big augerIJ thanks for any info

Mike I'm not sure about the 2381 part but the late model heads for the last of the 800 series didn't have the hyd. pump mounted on the header but drove off a pump that was mounted under the rear beater pulley on the right hand side of the combine.

They will feed much better ,you will be imprest. The pump only runs the reel you still use the combine hydralics to lift the real.If your combine has hydralic real drive you can use that. good luck
