It has a 1020 flexhead.Have tried a new rotor belt, tightened adjustments on main drive, paint stripped the table auger, fitted elevator extensions[this helped]. The crops are extremely dry, but yields are good. It happens predominantly in Barley, but also Wheat and Oats. We are considering trying a draper front to determine if it is the front or elsewhere.

loewen are now making my posifeed roller for all makes and models this is designed to elimimate this type of feeding problem give Warren a call.

Do you have a rock trap in your 2388 because if you do, thats more than likely causeing the trouble. I have experimented with mine all summer to try and fix this problem.
