I just replaced hydro pump and motor in my 2366 this spring, similar symptoms. We rebuilt both and it didn't help a bit. Tried charge pump and several relief valves to no avail. Mechanic came out with new pump and motor, put the motor on no change, put the pump on and it was running like new. Never tore the pump apart, but mechanic was suspicous of internal crack of some sort. One of the defining symptoms in my case was you could never build much heat in the system during the pressure checks. With the new pump the mechanic had the temp warning light on in no time. Happened at about 1700 hrs. It takes a few acres to pay for that pump and motor! Hope you can find a chaeper answer, Good luck!
