does it sound like it is missing fuelIJIJ On the older models there is a filter i the bottom of the fuel tank that needs to be pulled away.I use to pull a screwdriver through it.

the problem is most likely the diaphragm in the waste gate actuator failed. will have to replace and also have to setup with pressure guage and dial guage

Check and make sure there are not any holes in the air plumbing. We had an AC hose rub a hole in metal cap located on the pump. We put some JB Weld over the hole and that solved our power problems. Mav

WE ran into the same problem last year with our 2388 and it was the wastegate diaphram. CIH tech replaced itand it has more power than ever.
