There were some '03s sent out w_ the wrong cams in the rotor pulleys. Ours was one of them, it would plug [twice] w_ out warning. Changed the cams and had no problems. Could be your rotor is not slowing down, putting undue stain on the gear box. Check w_ dealer on updated cam profiles.

Had one do in high gears twice in 100 acres. Discovered vent in top of box was stuffed and so it pumped all the oil out the dipstick and then just melted the high gears.
