No way to tell if they are working in dealers lot You will have to do several calibrations threwout the year to keep them percise or close When done so they are very close. Earlier one'sIJIJIJ They had the black boxes to start out but thats been a while and the touch screens are fine if you get a older model touch screen go and have them update it to the newest software version. And try to get the newest desktop software its alot better!!!!!! If you need anything else or have questions just ask Ive been useing them since they came out

One thing to add about the touch screen.....Do not wear gloves during the use of them. The screen needs the warmth of your fingers to work. Heard of a farmer wearing gloves and pushed that hard he cracked the glass.

The later moisture sensors are better, it is called a moisture bypass sensor. It mounts in the clean grain elevator and not in the inclined delivery auger. The early style in the inclined auger would gum up if you threshed anything of high moisture, thus giving you a false moisture reading. You would have to climb in the grain tank and clean the sensor quite often. The new style mounts in the grain elevator and works great, even in high moisture crop.

We just traded in a '99 2366 and it had the moisture sensor in the grain tank. Before that we had a 1660 that we installed an Agleader ym in and it had the sensor in the clean grain elevator. Believe me when I say you want the sensor in the clean grain elevator. I always felt with the sensor in the upright auger in the grain tank that it caused the auger to wear faster. Also, dirt and weed seeds were more of a problem with it there, especially in soybeans. Was a PITA to have to climb in the grain tank to clean the sensor.

lOl Yeah thats true. Especially in some of those area's in fields we weren't so proud of. Whenever you lift those pin's and pull out that square black piece and you have that lil auger looking thing its good to remember that its electrically driven and it has a circuit up there in the cab. We had one stop working on us this year and i figured out from the schematic on the bottom of the fuse box which one it was and bingo and its always good to clean it out anyway year to year or halfway threw
