Combines 2900 engine oil leak

I've seen some engines that will leak a little bit of combustion gas around the injector seal. Then when some oil or fuel gets spilled on the head and works its way down the injeector hole the liquid will appear to bubble up out of the hole. Could this be what you're seeingIJ

There is too much leaking to be what you say and no bubbles. I wipe area around injector with rag and you can see oil coming out of injector hole and running down side of engine. leave it sit and a lot of oil drips to the ground.

Richard is right. Your valve cover is leaking INTO the hole from the rear. Seen it a hundred times. The inj cannot leak oil unless it is coming between the tip and the body - million to one chance unless you just retipped it.

Thanks Tbran, I thought about that, the dealer was spose to set valves and replace valve cover gasket. I'm beginning to think they didn't do it. When I look at the gasket it doesn't appear to be new. Am going to town tomorrow, so will confront them.

Turns out the dealers mechanic didn't clean the valve cover gasket area good enough. He used silicone to glue gasket in place and the silicone let go. leaves me wondering what else he screwed up on the job. I've found some bolts that weren't tight.
