there are seals on each end. BUT are you sure it is the doorIJ We have had the flat vertical panel beneath the door get warped and then the distribution auger will flip grain up under the 'bulge'. The panel is light and easy to remove if it is the problem. Take the bolts securing it loose and clean, silicone and replace.

Thank you for the info. And NO I am not sure if it is the door. I am very tempted to get the old vhs camera out and fasten it so it can video that area for a while (since I cant operate the machine and watch that area at the same time!) It has to be a fairly good sized "gap" due to having whole soybeans and corn kernals laying on the ledge. Plus it does not take long for the ledge to get covered. I will look at it Monday, I will be getting for wheat. Thanks again!

I had the same experience last fall. In my case it turned out the lip that the rock door catches on to had pieces broken out. I'm sorry I can't come up with a name for it but it's a 1_4" by about 2" metal strap with slots for adjusting how the door catches.

Thanks Delray! I will check it out tomorrow, I hope! I will be shuffling equipment around the shop and hope to check a few things out, so we can be ready for wheat!

I usually use my mother in law for things like that, Just strap the old gal in_on somwhere and tell her she is Stepen Speilburg's replacement someday if she is good enough w_ the camera. She ain't caught on yet. You got a MIlIJ

I tried that once but she couldn't figure out the camera and started talking to it. Created so much wind that it blew all the wheat out. Yield went down 20 bpa so had to turn her loose.
