we had numerous oil leaks especially under cab. air conditioner controls, hot or cold no inbetween, have a case guidance system no one can fix trimble man ate my brothers butt out for calling trimble, said call dealer they cant fix it thats why we called him. tractor heads for the ditch when you go down road. tires wear out bad on the right front duals twice as fast as left tractor. electronic shifting problems, won't shift kill it and go again. we bought one 305 nice tractor but will it hold upIJIJIJIJ i know case or trimble won't support dealer if it doesnt. farmer tony what about the capsIJ Thanks

Caps is POS all of them my dealer has had, they have had to fix!! the wiring, pumps and everything else I don't have one and won't ever. we use 200's and 210's with P pumps. I bought another MT765 I vote with my money I guess

thanks Tony: That is what i figured. I bought one 8520 last year had good luck 1100 hours in one year no service call. Our cat dealer is good but we can't afford there service rates, resale has been terrible locally also. We have farms in about a 60 mile radius so tires seem to fit better a little faster also. Our case dealer is excellent but the company sends him only POS to sell. with no support to fix it case engineers can't even fix what they sell. 8010 sat 8-10 days last year over a sensor at 250000 that will get you. i'am going to try a 8530. Thanks

Yeah CAPS was not one of our most robust fuel systems. It really was a neat design just couldn't handle fuel debris and was not built heavy enough. Andy

FYI- The new Magnums all have electronic injection but none have the CAPS pump. They now utilize a common rail system. Goodbye Cummins pump system.

Why doesn't CIH do a recall for the unfortunate ones of us that bought that CAPS systemIJ From my experience they don't give a hoot even though they know they sold a piece of crap.
