You can start by adjusting the turn buckle on the bottom left-hand side of the head right behind the wobble-box.I can't remember wether you should shorten it to lower the head or lengthen it.That is the quick fix.If you want to tilt the cutter-bar towards the ground more you can adjust somethings underneath the head towards the rear of the platform.

look at the adjustments underneath. This is the best way to adjust. This may or may not be such an easy task. When we had our F3, we bought the unit second hand and everything was rusted and seized up. Some parts had to be cut out. I hope that won't be the case for you to adjust yours.

Ben M. Where are you located in SW Ontario. I am in Thunder Bay, I had to look in the states for flex heads, found some in Minnesota but more in Iowa. For me, traveling to Iowa is similar or less distance than to SW Ontario.

I think you are talking about the row crop dividers, if so you can remove them and install shorter ones, the flex will still work.Does your machine have automatic header heightIJ

yes it does have header hight control. but will the head still function properly with out them on there at allIJIJ

The header height will still function ok. but you still need some type of divider to direct the crop. You can still find the short dividers from early series heads, If I were you I would give the long ones a try. I have used both and the long dividers work the best, they are adjustable up and down and they can be shortened some. look at the head manual and it will show you how to shorten some. I would also use the header height control if you have it, it will take a lot of work off you if it is set up correctly. good luck
